Serenity at Coconut Bay, a luxury couples' resort in Saint Lucia, has introduced a new online Travel Agent Portal. The portal allows travel agents to book directly with the resort, offering guaranteed lowest rates, air and hotel packages and travel insurance.

Travel agents can now earn 15% commission on bookings of seven nights or longer made directly through the portal. Additionally, they can receive a double bonus of up to $300 for bookings registered by Sept.30. As an added incentive, these extended stays will include the resort's Grand Romance Package for clients, valued at $1,200.

To use the portal, agents must enroll in the resort's reward program using their IATA number and register new bookings at cbayresort.com/traveladvisor. The program streamlines the commission process without requiring point management.

The Grand Romance Package for clients includes a couples massage, sunset catamaran cruise, private dinners, beach and pool cabanas, a beach picnic, and a private island tour. Serenity at Coconut Bay features 36 Plunge Pool Butler Suites with personalized bars, soaking tubs, rain showers, and private plunge pools.

The resort offers butler service, 24-hour in-suite dining, and gourmet meals at The Greathouse Restaurant. Located near popular Saint Lucian attractions and just five minutes from the international airport, Serenity at Coconut Bay provides an ideal setting for romantic getaways.

Travel agents can book directly by calling 877-252-0304 or visiting the new Travel Agent Portal.
