Rosewood Hotels & Resorts announced Tuesday it will open Rosewood Calistoga and Rosewood Residences Calistoga in 2027.
The property will feature 129 guestrooms, suites and residences across 118 acres on Calistoga's forested ridgeline. Design studio Atelier Marsh will complete the project, continuing the vision of architect Ed Tuttle.
The resort will include a signature restaurant focusing on locally sourced ingredients, a cocktail bar, and a poolside restaurant. The property will feature its own gardens and partner with regional farms and wineries for ingredients.
Wellness amenities will include Asaya, Rosewood's spa concept, with six treatment rooms, outdoor gardens, hydrotherapy and a fitness center. The resort will have two pools — one for adults only and one for families — plus a children's club.
Event space will total more than 20,000 square feet across indoor and outdoor venues.
Rosewood Residences Calistoga will offer 20 private villas and 13 home sites. Residence owners will have access to resort amenities and Rosewood Reserve program benefits.
"We are proud to unveil Rosewood Calistoga, where every element is thoughtfully curated to celebrate Napa Valley's renowned culinary heritage and distinguished viniculture," said Radha Arora, president of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
