The spa industry is big business, set to be worth more than $156 billion by 2027, according to Statista. So it’s no wonder that hotels continue raise the bar with enticing and cutting-edge treatments and experiences.
The Caribbean, with its array of luxury hotels in beautiful settings that are naturally conducive to relaxation, has proved to be an especially rewarding place for travelers to indulge in some of the newest wellness options.
From brand-new facilities to revamped spa menus and cutting-edge treatments, here are some of the latest spa treatments around the Caribbean.
Anguilla
Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club delivers a sports-inspired twist on wellness with its Golf Ball Massage, which uses the firmness and shape ofgolf balls to target muscle soreness and improve flexibility. For post-sun care, the Sun Salutation treatment includes a body wrap of mineral-rich sea algae and aloe to calm and restore the skin.
Also in Anguilla is Zemi Beach House, which now offers a Saibai Island Ritual treatment at its Thai House Spa, which includes foot cleansing, a Thai-Caribbean fusion massage, warm compress therapy with white sand, a cooling herbal mask and sound meditation.
Antigua
Clients looking for spa experiences with a focus on inner well-being may want to make an appointment at Antigua’s Hermitage Bay, where its Garden Spa now offers Dorissima Colour Rituals, a series of two-hour, chakra-based treatments that incorporate color therapy, aromatherapy, crystal healing and sound therapy.
Carlisle Bay Antigua’a Cara Organic Spa offers foot cleansing, a coconut sugar polish, a massage with neroli and frankincense, a lunar-charged botanical facial and sound rituals to align body and spirit.

The facility has also launched new, celestial-inspired therapies including the Lunar Radiance experience, which combines foot cleansing, a coconut sugar polish, a massage with neroli and frankincense, a lunar-charged botanical facial and sound rituals to align body and spirit.
Aruba
Aruba’s luxury spa scene is expanding. At The St. Regis Aruba Resort, which opened earlier this year, guests can choose from Caroline’s Collection of treatments, named after 19th-century New York City socialite Caroline Astor. Options include the Golden Ritual, a treatment that includes a gold-and-sugar-infused body scrub, a massage and a facial.
Also new is the Joia Aruba by Iberostar, which has a spa that offers treatments such as the Calming Aloe Vera wrap to cool and restore skin after time in the tropical sun.
Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort, meanwhile, has expanded its open-air spa coves on a private island.
Barbados
The spa at the recently opened Wyndham Grand Barbados, Sam Lord’s Castle All Inclusive Resort has introduced the Ultimate Indulgence Retreat, a nearly six-hour wellness program that combines locally sourced ingredients with techniques from around the globe.

British Virgin Islands
In the British Virgin Islands, Oil Nut Bay unveiled its Sundara Spa + Studio in May. Billed as Virgin Gorda’s first and only overwater spa, the facility will unveil a new $1,220 treatment in October called Sundara Renew: an Immersive Spa Journey Inspired by Water & Air. This four-day program includes seaweed wraps, massage rituals and Voya seaweed-based facials designed to detoxify, hydrate and restore balance.
The Cayman Islands
Among the newest venues set to debut in the Cayman Islands is Mera Spa, which will open next April at Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa. The new facility will have a hydrotherapy pool, a sound healing cave, an ice room and a hammam.
Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, meanwhile, continues to evolve its spa menu with locally inspired treatments such as Seven Mile Treasures, a two-hour session with a seaweed-based body wrap and massage. In 2026, the spa will introduce the Seafire Opulence package, a 3.5-hour ritual featuring a full body cleanse, gold body mask and marine-based facial.
Also in the Cayman Islands, Vida Cayman will debut a spa room in October with a refreshed spa menu.
Dominican Republic
Among the newest hotels offering treatments in the Dominican Republic is the adults-only, all-inclusive W Punta Cana, where the Away Spa menu features detox treatments and massages with local ingredients such as Caribbean sea salt and rosemary grown on the resort’s own farm.
Also new is Zemi Miches Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, where the 5,000-square-foot Acana Spa was set to open by press time, offering treatments rooted in indigenous Taino traditions using locally grown botanicals.
St. Lucia
The newly opened Leve Wellness & Spa at Ladera in St. Lucia offers treatments such as the Serenity Ritual, which pairs volcanic hot stones with breathwork to induce deep calm.
The Landings Resort and Spa has taken an especially innovative approach to wellness with its new oncology-focused treatment menu, created in partnership with the Ricardo Fisas Natura Bissé Foundation, an organization that fosters well-being for people with cancer. Oncology-trained therapists at the resort now offer programs that include pre- and post-radiation comfort treatments and scalp treatments.
Turks and Caicos
Amanyara in Turks and Caicos recently launched the three-day Detoxification Programme by Novak Djokovic — designed by the Serbian tennis player himself — as well as a series of four-day Wellness Journeys that include the participation of visiting wellness specialists.
South Caicos’ Salterra Resort & Spa, meanwhile, draws on the therapeutic properties of salt with halotherapy (salt therapy), one of the newest additions to its spa menu.
