Regent Seven Seas Cruises has released its 2026-2027 cruise season, and we had a chance to chat with Steve Odell, the luxury line’s chief sales officer, all about it.
Here’s what travel advisors need to know about this set of itineraries , from grand voyages and another world cruise to unique overnight opportunities.
What will be special about Regent’s 2026-2027 cruise season?
We are excited to share that Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ 2026-2027 Voyage Collection showcases an incredible 173 new itineraries, including 16 new maiden ports of call in some of the world’s most sought-out destinations.
These voyages are now officially for sale on Regent’s website.
These new itineraries have been specially designed with immersive, culturally rich experiences for all guests. Voyages span the globe — from fan favorites such as Alaska, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean, to far -off destinations including Australia, Asia, the South Pacific and more. Highlights of the collection include seven port-intensive voyages in Japan; tours of the fjords of Milford, Doubtful and Dusky Sound in New Zealand; South American adventures taking in the Drake Passage and the Antarctic Peninsula; and four Icelandic sailings.
Is there anything that is entirely new for loyal clients to look forward to?
While our top trending destinations continue to be the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and Alaska, we have added several additional U.S. ports of call, so guests can enjoy some close-to-home cruising.
There are two round-trip sailings from Galveston, Texas, plus two open-jaw sailings from Miami where guests can explore the Caribbean. Alternatively, clients can sail the Caribbean from Tampa, Florida, as a round-trip, or two open-jaw sailings with Miami.
Additionally, clients may visit the ever-popular region of Alaska from Seattle in one round-trip and one open-jaw sailing with Vancouver.
The eight new Immersive Overnight itineraries were developed to tempt those guests who usually vacation on land and haven’t tried cruising before. We feel that the “cruise cautious” land-based traveler may be more willing to try their first cruise where there are more overnight ports of call.
Also featured in this collection are eight Immersive Overnight sailings, which are unique to Regent Seven Seas Cruises, where almost every port of call features an overnight stay. Beyond this, the 2026-2027 cruise season will feature a total of 144 overnight stays in iconic destinations such as Hong Kong; Bora Bora, French Polynesia; and Mumbai, India,; as well as 16 maiden ports of calls in exotic locales including Mombasa, Kenya; Zanzibar, Tanzania; and Melaka, Malaysia.
Why should travel advisors be particularly engaged with this set of itineraries?
We know that our guests look forward to our new season launch each year and will be excited to see where their next cruise may take them, especially with the new offerings featured in the 2026 - 2027 season launch. This means that travel partners will have amazing opportunities to make generous commissions.
The launch also represents a chance for travel advisors to build an early base for all important future business. They will also have the added advantage of being able to offer luxury travelers the best possible choice of suites and itineraries.
