Future Leaders in Travel, an event dedicated to connecting the next generation of travel buyers and sellers, has partnered with Lomas Hospitality to host the 2026 event. The event will take place August 25-28, 2026 at the El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

This annual event hosts 65 pre-qualified, established travel advisors between the ages of 22 and 40. During the application process, these advisors demonstrate their personal brand, share thoughts on the current state of the industry, detail goals for their business and provide at least two industry references they have known for at least a year.

During this four-day event, advisors are brought together with suppliers to build authentic relationships through collaborative content sessions, one-on-one meetings, outdoor activities, and social events full of local flare. Education focuses on professional development and provides insights on how this generation will influence the future of our industry. Attendees leave Future Leaders with both new ideas for conducting business and professional relationships for life.
