Travel agency Travelmation recently announced it is teaming up with Royal Caribbean International for the inaugural Travelmation Accessibility Cruise.

The sailing focuses on families and passengers with accessible needs and will take place Oct. 24-27, 2025, onboard Royal Caribbean’s Utopia of the Seas. The cruise will depart from Port Canaveral, Florida, stopping in Nassau, Bahamas, as well as at Perfect Day at CocoCay.

Why It Matters: Travelmation Is Focusing on Accessible Travel

Travelmation has put a strong focus on accessible travel in the past year, creating an official certification program to educate its 2,100 travel advisors on booking trips for people of all abilities. The agency’s accessibility team will make itself available to help clients adapt the Travelmation Accessibility Cruise to accommodate their specific needs.

Additionally, Utopia of the Seas features accessible accommodations, accessible bathroom stalls, special stateroom equipment, various dietary menu options and much more. Travelmation — along with Royal Caribbean — deserves to be acknowledged for helping make travel easier for a wider range of clients. Their actions will ultimately benefit the travel industry as a whole.

What They Are Saying: Travel Is for Everyone

“When my son, Salvatore, was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2020, many people told me that we wouldn’t be able to travel and I always asked, ‘Why?’” said Jordana Izzo, director of accessible travel at Travelmation. “I armed myself with information and sought places that would accommodate our unique circumstances. I firmly believe that whether someone has cognitive, physical, sensory or dietary disabilities, travel is for everyone. This cruise with Royal Caribbean will bring people together to build a sense of community and make memories that will last a lifetime.”
